Fancy making your own home-made lollipops? All you need are some coloured boiled sweets, a few round foils and an oven. (Oh, and an adult helper to help you remove the lollipops when they're done.) The whole process takes just over half an hour.

Spring rolls are always a favourite at parties and for snacks. Now, with this easy to follow Junior Chefs recipe, you can try making them for yourself. One note of warning, though: the recipe does involve the use of hot oil for deep frying, so it should only be tried with a parent or some other adult helper.

Steaming is one of the healthiest ways of cooking. It doesn't add fat to the food and, because it uses quite a gentle heat, it can also help to preserve important vitamins. In this recipe, we use steaming to produce a delicious oriental-style dish of pork escalopes with damsons. The whole recipe takes only 40 minutes to prepare and cook, and the results are well worth the effort.
